Abstract
A series of clinical experiments performed on two patients with pyoderma gangraenosum resulted in the rejection of autogenous skin grafts and the demonstration of delayed hypersensitivity to the intradermal injection of their own white blood cells. These reactions suggest a defect in the humoral or cellular immune mechanism in patients with pyoderma gangraenosum. Keywords
