Passive Übertragung der Allergie bei der Infektion des Meerschweinchens mit Brucella abortus

Abstract

Bacterial allergy in guinea pigs inoculated with B. abortus was transferred passively to normal animals by means of peritoneal exudate cells. Both genoral and local passive sensitization of the skin were obtained; the transferred sensitivity lasted only a few days. In cross reactivity expts., both passive brucella and passive tuberculin allergy were found to be strictly specific.
