Abstract
The constraints which present data and a few plausible theoretical assumptions impose upon quark-lepton models of the weak interactions are analyzed. While study of a given type of experiment usually allows many models, among all possible SU(2) × U(1) models few survive if all data and these theoretical restrictions are used. It is shown that even these few could be eliminated by data expected in the near future. Keywords
