Abstract
We describe a digital data acquisition system for laser scattering spectroscopy, which measures the ratio of the scattered signal to either the incident laser power on the sample cell or the total signal incident at the spectrometer entrance aperture. The incident reference that is not used to form the ratio is used to check stability of the scattering sample. This report outlines the philosophy of the technique and gives components and circuit diagrams for its implementation. Digital measurement of lightKeywords
