Abstract
This paper presents the results of the analysis of a single-arm inelastic-electron-scattering experiment at an angle of 4°. We present data on the turnon of scaling in the low- region , the neutron-proton comparison at large values of the scaling variable , resonance excitation, and the shadowing in scattering from heavy nuclei.
