Abstract
Examples (204) of [human] blood group antibodies, reactive only by the indirect antiglobulin test, were examined by the 2-layer albumin capillary (TLAC) technique. Of the examples tested, 59% were reactive by this technique. TLAC reactivity appeared to be related to antibody specificity, but a positive association between TLAC reactivity and IgG subclass composition was not confirmed. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
