Abstract
This study aims to assess the potential effects of urban run‐off waters on a wastewater treatment system in order to determine if it will be subjected to important damage. To achieve this goal, a literature review was accomplished on shock loads (qualitative and quantitative). These concepts were integrated and applied to a case study based on data collected on the Québec Urban Community area (Canada) in June 1985.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
