Abstract
The mean .+-. SEM [standard error of the mean] duration of estrus was 12.0 .+-. 1.0 days (n = 7) and the estrus cycle length was 47.2 .+-. 5.4 days (n = 6) for a captive jaguar. Ovulation did not occur spontaneously, but was induced by treatment with hCG [human chorionic gonadtorpin] or LH-RH [luteinizing hormone releasing hormone].This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
