Abstract
Of 9 patients with intermittent claudication due to thrombo-angiitis obliterans treated, 7 were improved and 2 were unimproved. Of 6 patients with intermittent claudication due to arteriosclerosis ob-literans none were improved. Following the intramusc. inj. of 3 c.c. of this substance, no remarkable changes in blood pressure, pulse rate, and digital skin temp. were noted.
