Abstract
Methods for analysing the urea herbicide linuron and its metabolites either by GLC after ethylation or directly by HPLC, using normal and reverse phase respectively, have been developed and a comparison has been made between the two methods, the former using electron capture and flame-ionization detection and the latter using an UV-adsorption detection method. Mass spectra of the compounds and their ethyl derivatives, which were used to verify the identification, are also presented. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
