A method of selective phosphorylation by means of α-bromocyanoacetamides and trialkyl phosphites was devised. In this method, various phosphates, pyrophosphates and phosphoramidate were obtained in excellent yields under mild conditions without isolating the intermediate, enol-phosphate.Keywords
