Abstract
By deletion of selected segments from a bovine opsin complementary DNA clone and subsequent analysis of transcripts in a cell-free translation-translocation system, we have localized two out of four theoretically conceivable signal sequences required for the integration of opsin into microsomal membranes.This publication has 32 references indexed in Scilit:
