Neutron Deficient Isotopes of Iodine

Abstract

The iodine isotopes ${\mathrm{I}}^{123}$, ${\mathrm{I}}^{122}$, ${\mathrm{I}}^{121}$, and ${\mathrm{I}}^{120}$(?) have been made by bombarding antimony with $\alpha$-particles. Their characteristics are summarized and evidence for mass assignments presented.
