Abstract
The PAH space in 14 normal subjects, detd. by subtracting that excreted in the urine from that infused intraven. with a constant speed pump, was 35.9 [plus or minus] 7.3% of body wt. If an initial priming dose is omitted and plasma level allowed to rise slowly, it takes 75 min. to reach 90% of eventual plasma concn., 100 min. to reach 95%,, and 150 min. to reach 99% in the avg. subject. Keywords
