Abstract
The Shy-Drager syndrome is a neurological syndrome associated with orthostatic hypotension and mixed symptoms of urinary incontinence and retention. Three patients with synchronous pressure flow electromyography-cystourethrography followed by urethral pressure profilometry were studied. They had detrusor instability, and micturition reflex failed to develop. Treatment modalities are suggested. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
