Abstract
A PATIENT in whom the nephrotic syndrome appeared and disappeared on three occasions has been observed from 1933 to 1948. During each remission albuminuria and edema disappeared, and the serum protein and cholesterol values returned to normal. Only 3 similar cases have been located in the extensive literature on the subject.
