Abstract
The upper critical field of superlattices which are composed of two kinds of superconducting layers with the different diffusion constants of conduction electrons is calculated. From an anomaly found in the temperature dependence of the critical field, it is predicted that a new phase diagram appears in the superconducting superlattices when the ratio of the diffusion constants exceeds a critical value. Keywords
