Abstract
The offspring from 12 pregnant rats injected with Antuitrin G were 7.3% heavier at birth than the offspring of controls and remained slightly heavier for 50 days after birth. While gestation was lengthened 1 day or more in most cases, this did not cause the wt. increases. The no. of stillbirths was trebled. Greater wt. increases were shown by [male][male] than by [female][female]. Individual response to Antuitrin G varied considerably, but no rat mothers were incapacitated for further reproduction by the treatment. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
