Abstract
Methods are described: a to iodinate glucagon with carrier-free 125I using Iodogen© as the oxidizing agent and, b to purify from the reaction medium a mixture of [125I-Tyr10] monoiodoglucagon and [125I-Tyr13] monoiodoglucagon using reverse phase high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC).Keywords
