Abstract
Two new alkaloids bhesine 1 and dehydrobhesine 2 possessing an iso-calycanthine skeleton have been isolated from the bark of Bhesa paniculata Arn., Celastraceae. Their structures were established by NMR and X-Ray single crystal analysis.Keywords
