Abstract
Concepts of the diffuse FE phase transitions are discussed and further developed. Frozen dipole moments, size of the polar regions, distribution of the FE moment inside of these regions, “FE-cluster” and “macrodomain” states, as well as the transition between them, phase transition of unknown nature and peculiarities of some physical properties are discussed. Keywords
