Abstract

This paper reports further measurements for the elastic scattering of protons by polarized

{}^{3}{He}

in the 4-11-MeV range. A phase-shift analysis based on cross-section, polarization, and spin-correlation data is presented, and the precision with which some of the parameters are determined is discussed.
