Abstract
A rapid and accurate method for the determination of cell mass of soybean (Glycine max) and Paul's Scarlet rose (Rosa sp.) cells is reported using sonication and optical density. Results may be obtained within 20 min and would be of particular use in providing cell mass (i.e., dry weight) information quickly. Keywords
