Abstract
After 1-7 h following the instillation of 0.5% timolol eye drops, the aqueous humor aspirated from patients about to have cataract extraction showed concentrations of timolol ranging from 150 ng/100 mg in the first 1 or 2 h to 10 ng/100 mg towards the end of the 7 h. An exponential decay curve fits the data well. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
