Abstract
Two new isoantibodies for rabbit blood group antigens were isolated. The antigens detected, called J and K, are controlled by the genes in the Hg system. Antigen J occurs as the direct product of the gene HgDJK and also occurs as an “interaction antigen” in the heterozygote HgA/HgFK. Antigen K occurs as the result of the action of the gene HgDJK or of the gene HgFK. A revised nomenclature is proposed to include these new antigens.
