Abstract
Cell-free synthesis of a part of the enzyme B-galactosidase was carried out under the direction of [phi]80 dlac DNA. This fragment is believed to be 300-400 amino-acids in length and constitutes approximately the first third of the polypeptide chain of the enzyme.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
