Abstract
We report a case of dysgenetic congenital hypothyroidism associated with cystic fibrosis. Impaired exocrine pancreatic secretion and/or transit abnormalities secondary to the treatment of meconium ileus resulted in decreased absorption of L-thyroxine and difficulties in management of hypothyroidism.Keywords
