Abstract
The A. describes a new technique of the ultrasonic surgery, which he proposed since 1953 for the treatment of severe cases of Ménière's disease. By this new technique, complications such as facial palsy or paresis, and postoperative recurrence of vertigo, are minimized. The A. refers the results obtained with this technique by 97 operated patients (Oct. 1960–1961).Keywords
