Abstract
Fragments of hepatitis B virus DNA isolated from Dane particles were inserted into the E. coli plasmid pBR322 and cloned. Cells carrying the hybrid plasmid synthesize antigenic material that reacts specifically with antisera to hepatitis B viral antigens.This publication has 26 references indexed in Scilit:
