Abstract
Evidence is presented that in intact Escherichia coli B the observed α-galactosidase activity is limited by one reaction under all conditions tested. It has therefore been concluded that such measurements of activity can be used to study the induced formation of this enzyme. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
