Abstract
A single lactate dehydrogenase isozyme has been observed in mouse eggs from unfertilized eggs to blastocyst stage. As characterized by electrophoresis, substrate inhibition, and subunit dissociation-recombination experiments, it is identical to mouse lactate dehydrogenase 1.Keywords
