Purge-and-Column-Trap Technique for the Gas Chromatographic Analysis of Halogenated Organic Compounds

Abstract

In many purge-and-trap methods, a short packed column is used for concentrating the volatile organic compounds isolated from aqueous solutions. This paper describes the use of a chromatographic column for orvcolumn trapping and subsequent separation of several organo-halogen compounds.
