Detection of Virus-Induced Membrane and Cytoplasmic Antigens: Comparison of the 125I-LabeIed Antiviral Antibody Binding Technique with Immunofluorescence

Abstract
By measuring the binding of 125I-labeled antiviral antibody to virus-infected cells that had been fixed with acetone as compared to infected but unfixed cells, it was possible to detect and estimate the relative amounts of viral antigens on the surface and within the cytoplasm of infected cells.
