Abstract
A quantitative index for estimation of severity of coma in diabetes (severity index) was shown using the following variables: age (yrs.), duration of coma (hrs.), degree of unconsciousness, coffee ground vomitus, infection, systolic blood pressure, plasma CO2 combining power, blood urea N, associated conditions.Keywords
