Abstract
1. The anatomical and functional findings in hemoglobin excretion are best explained by the assumption of a filtration of this substance through the glomerulus and an additional excretion of it by the tubule cells. 2. Absorption of water aids in the concentrating process, and is most marked in the collecting tubules. Keywords
