Treatment of Cutaneous Leishmaniasis with Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole Combination

Abstract
The results of treatment of 36 cases of cutaneous leishmaniasis are discussed. While initial rapid clinical improvement was noted as early as 5 days, complete cure required as long as 14weeks in some cases.
