Abstract
Summary: LB 46 (prinodolol) a β-adrenergic receptor blocking drug which is more potent than propranolol in euthyroid subjects, is less effective in inhibiting hyperthyroid tachycardia. This is probably due to its intrinsic sympathomimetic activity.Keywords
