Abstract
Beam intensities of 1014 particles·cm−2·sec−1 are measured by a torsion balance with an accuracy of 3%. The sensitivity of the balance is 21.1 rad/dyne. In a dynamic mode the sensitivity can be increased by a factor of about 50. Accommodation coefficients need not be known. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
