Abstract
Rats run in a straightaway under thirst drive to different amounts and times of goal-box water reinforcement failed to show a positive relationship between amount of reinforcement consumed and speed of running. A positive relationship between running speed and rate of Digestion suggested "that ingestion rate may be one of the factors influencing the efficacy of reinforcers.".Keywords
