Soliton solutions to chiral SU(3)×SU(3) models

Abstract
A new class of static classical solutions in three space dimensions is obtained from a nonlinear chiral SU(3)*SU(3) Lagrangian. The new parametrisation introduced which makes this possible has immediate generalisations to higher groups.Keywords
