Abstract
Potential hazards and benefits of recombinant DNA research are discussed. The issues of freedom of scientific inquiry and interference with evolutionary wisdom are presented. The purpose and scope of National Institute of Health Guidelines are briefly described. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
