Abstract
A medium is described for the maintenance of the mycelial phases of Histoplasma capsulatum in their "original" condition of sporulation. A yeast phase medium is reemphasized, not only for conversion and support of the yeast phase, but as an indirect method of maintaining the mycelial characteristics as originally observed. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
