Abstract
The semileptonic (inclusive and some exclusive) and nonleptonic (inclusive and exclusive two-body) decays of are discussed in detail. All these decay widths are estimated using the spectator model dominance within the framework of the standard Kobayashi-Maskawa model. The most promising decay channels for searching for (or B¯ ) are also discussed.
