Abstract
On rappelle que les notions de distorsion Δ et de fluctuation Φ permettent l'analyse de la structure de l'écart quadratique moyen E lorsque ce dernier est défini comme la distance entre les mesures lissées et leur valeur probable. On montre que la connaissance de la fonction de corrélation du bruit de fond suffit pour mesurer E, Δ et Φ sans qu'il soit nécessaire de connaître les valeurs probables du signal. Ceci permet de se placer facilement dans les conditions optimales de lissageKeywords
