Abstract
Preview The solitary pulmonary nodule, usually asymptomatic, is a frequent clinical problem and one that poses a real challenge to the primary care physician. This article describes an aggressive approach, with emphasis on obtaining tissue for diagnosis as soon as possible. As pointed out by the author, watchful waiting is almost never the appropriate management. Keywords
