Abstract
The doubly doped In2O3 thick film element, Pd–La2O3–In2O3, was found to show excellent ethanol gas sensing properties in sensitivity, selectivity and response rate, in addition to having an electric resistance low enough to be compatible with a conventional circuitry. Such properties resulted from the modifications of In2O3-based element with the dopants and the thick film structure applied. Keywords
