Abstract
The achievement of fully oriented epitaxial films of polymeric sulfur nitride is reported together with initial results on their optical and transport properties. Oriented epitaxial thin films of (SN)x have been grown on various substrates including Mylar, Teflon, and polyethylene. Keywords
