Abstract
Analysis of NAAP in tissues following its admn. indicates it to be in equal concn. throughout body water. It is almost quantitatively excreted in the urine of man. The method of analysis involves hydrolysis, diazotization and coupling. The volume of dilution of NAAP (total body water) may be calculated either from the analysis of a single plasma sample and urine sample or from the analysis of 3 consecutive plasma samples. Keywords
