Abstract
A simplified method of measuring two-dimensional immunoelectrophoresis slides is described. The correlation between measurements made by the simplified method and by a graphic digitiser is very good. It is suggested that this simpler, more rapid, and cheaper method of measurement may increase the clinical potential of the technique.Keywords
