Influence of Cephalin on Solution Rate of Tooth Enamel

Abstract
When a solution of cephalin, or one of its component phosphatides was brushed onto human enamel embedded in plastic, the solution rate of enamel in acid was reduced. There were statistically significant reductions with as little as 0.003% phosphatide, either in 50% propylene glycol or in water.
